Do you recruit University graduates?
When recruiting we look in lots of different places. We have colleagues in our business with all sorts of skills, some who have come straight from university, others who were at university and others who have never been to university. What we're looking for at Fenmarc is the right attitude and cultural fit; We can always train colleagues in the skills they may need for their role.
