The Employer of the Year category summarises that staff are the most important asset of any business and that the category will find businesses that demonstrate strong commitment to staff and assess how employees benefit the business.

What especially impressed us was how the Fenmarc management showed real enthusiasm in pro-actively engaging with their colleagues, not just in their own career development and training needs but through varied events that were interactive and fun for both staff and their families.
