Growing Fenmarc's Future

Planning for the next successful 40 years of business takes more than just luck, that's why here at Fenmarc we proactively search for the up and coming talent of the future. Last week we visited Harper Adams University College, speaking directly to undergraduates about opportunities within Fenmarc through our Graduate Scheme.

People Advisor, Becky Cameron along with Harper Adams Graduates Kate Milligan (Sales Director) and Kevin Alford (current Fenmarc Graduate) visited the university speaking to a range of students at various stages in their studies. Students gained insight to the business both through a formal presentation and informal chats, 'it was a successful day and great to meet students on their home turf' said Becky Cameron from our people team.

Maria Simpson, Careers Advisor at the university said 'we were thrilled and delighted that Fenmarc approached us and took the time to come and speak with our students here at Harper Adams. It was fantastic for the students, from 1st year to final year students to be able to connect with former students, discuss opportunities within the business and learn about Fenmarc's Values and Beliefs and further training possibilities. We've received lots of great feedback from students about the visit and hope this is the start of a growing relationship between Fenmarc and the university.'
