Work’s not all about working !

At Fenmarc, through ‘Cares’, we like to find volunteering opportunities in our local area.

We believe that giving time to the local community is really important. Through joining "Cares" we have provided our colleagues with the opportunity to take part in community work that they can enjoy and be able to commit to for the longer term. The level of commitment to volunteering and community projects depends on the type of activity and what they want to get out of it. Some projects will span evening and weekends and some will be pre-organised, in liaison with business needs, in business time. Colleagues may take part in a team challenge or an action day, or pick something from the Cares “calendar of opportunities”
