The Q Awards- Our Carrot & Coriander Soup Mix Highly Commended!
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Quality Food Awards – the most prestigious awards for food and drink products on sale in the UK.
The Quality Food Awards reward great-tasting food with the finest of flavours, textures and aromas. They reward nutritious products with the best ingredients lists and recognise innovation, great packaging and presentation.
We are proud and very excited that our delicious Carrot and Coriander Soup mix, developed specifically for Asda, has been shortlisted to the final four within the Soup category.
Sarah Brereton, Category Manager- here at Fenmarc who created the product said, ‘it’s great to see one of our fantastic products being recognised at an industry level. Now in its second year on shelf at Asda, the product has seen sales grow year on year, it has a great flavour and appearance, easy to make, healthy and most of all, gives consumers the opportunity to adapt the product if they wish....the beauty of a fresh produce soup mix’.
The awards evening took place on the 1st December in London. Up against some tough competition, our Carrot and Coriander Soup Mix narrowly missed out on the top spot, but gained a Highly Commended status, a real achievement and fantastic result for great product.
