Our Root Vegetable facility specialises in washing, grading, cooling and packing fresh root vegetables to the highest standard into a variety of packaging formats.

Our core lines are carrots and parsnips, but we also handle many other root vegetables including swedes, leeks and onions. We source a large proportion of our produce within a local radius but also strategically to ensure supply across the UK for year round availability.

The purpose built site uses high levels of automation, washing carrots and parsnips using the latest optical sorting and inline polishing technology to maximise quality and minimise cost.

Experienced and highly trained colleagues ensure the consistent quality of our produce whilst packing into a variety of formats including to provide our customers with flexibility of products: And with our usual drive to innovate, we’re always looking to offer something different to our customers; our product portfolio to date includes kohlrabi, Parisienne carrots and Rainbow carrots.
