Welcome to our culture section.  Fenmarc is a privately owned company. As its Chairman, I would like to introduce you to our values and beliefs, so you may get a feel for what life at Fenmarc is like.  Work life is fun and we aim to maintain a relaxed environment.

We are all on first name terms, and we see you as one of us.  There is no official hierarchy at Fenmarc, as we want you to be able to come in and make a difference!  We embrace new ideas, so let's get on and do it, as one team - with one purpose: To work together in our quest for continuous improvement!
